This Privacy Policy explains how 9 Strokes Productions, LLC (“9 Strokes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase on https://9strokes.com (the “Site”), license fashion-show footage, register as a model or creator, or submit content as a contributor.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, username, and password when you create an account.
- Order and billing details: name, email, billing address, and the items you purchase or license. We do not store your full payment card number (see “Payments” below).
- Model / creator registration: information you provide when registering, which may include your name, contact details, and professional details.
- Contributor submissions: if you upload footage as a contributor, we collect the video files you submit and the details you attach to them (event, show, title, and your contributor name), which are reviewed before being published.
- Communications: any information you include when you contact us.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics).
- Cookies: small files stored on your device that keep you logged in, remember your cart, and help us understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders, licenses, and downloads;
- To create and manage your account;
- To review and publish contributor submissions and manage model/creator registrations;
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe’s own security and privacy practices; we do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies and may process usage data (such as your IP address) on our behalf. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can manage cookies through your browser.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Site and business — including Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and media storage), and Google (analytics) — who may only use it to provide those services;

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site and its content are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.
